Suzi is a seasoned executive recruiter with 20 years of experience advising clients across a broad range of industry sectors. She is reliable, tenacious, attentive and a trusted advisor, with valued insight into issues of diversity, leadership and competency assessments. She is a passionate and perceptive coach with practical insights and steady guidance for individuals facing career transitions. ​​

Most recently, Suzi was a Principal in the Toronto office of a leading global executive search firm where she was a member of the global Investment Banking practice and Canadian financial services practice. Suzi was also an active member in Consumer Goods and Retail sectors as well as the Financial Officers practice during her 10 years with the firm. ​​

Prior to executive search, Ms. Chang spent six years with Scotia Capital’s Recruitment, Employee Development and Strategic Initiatives group where she developed and managed Scotia Capital’s Investment Banking/M&A and Sales & Trading on-campus recruitment strategy and on-going recruitment needs. ​

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Employment Relations from the University of Toronto. Suzi is passionate about broader diversity issues and is a former Director and member of Women in Capital Markets. She has also served on the leadership team of Daytrippers Children’s Charity, where she led volunteer recruitment efforts. She is a very proud mother of two young, curious and energetic children.
